Thomas Cochren has been an integral part of the construction industry in Southern Ontario; serving as President of the Hamilton, Ontario and Canadian Home Builder’s Associations and Board Member of many associations and committees. These connections help shape the vision of Thomas Cochren Homes and keep it on the cutting edge of developments and progress in the construction world.

By focusing on smaller developments, TCH delivers custom homes and renovations that are quality built and innovative with consideration for R2000 technology, “healthy homes” and green building techniques. What is “GREEN” building?

Simply put, green building means being environmentally conscious when constructing or renovating a home.

Whether it’s something seemingly small, like using renewable resource material or energy efficient windows, or more elaborate like alternative energy sources and Envirohome features, every “green” choice will lessen the impact we have on the earth.
